Well done to the CCR Island Resorts of Veligandu, Meeru, and Kuredu in attaining HACCP accreditation in accordance with the International Codex Alimentarius standards. The resorts were independently audited by Mr Tim Gassick, a consultant EHO from the UK, and achieved excellent results and high commendation from the auditor. CCR have certainly set the highest standards for the Maldives.
We have worked closely with IGI Limited for several years. They have taken time to understand our requirements and we have developed together policies and training that have enhanced our high standards and enthused our colleagues.
